How to Apply

To apply for one of these grants, please:

1. Download the grant application.
2. Complete sections I, II, and III.
3. Have the school principal, superintendent, or assistant superintendent sign the completed application.
4. Email completed application by May 15 to grants@westoneducationfoundation.org
5. All grant recipients must complete a Final Report upon completion of the program.  The Grant Report Form can be downloaded here.
